Are you looking and feeling older than you are?

Posted on: October 9, 2016

Looking youthful is more than just reducing wrinkles. How flexible and mobile you are in your body is one of the most important areas to focus on for looking youthful on the outside and feeling vibrant on the inside.

How are you doing in these areas of range of motion?

  • Do you feel any stiffness when you move?
  • Do you have strain in your hips when walking or hiking?
  • Do you feel tension when you move your neck from side to side?
  • Do you have any pain or pinching when you look over your shoulder a full 90 degrees?
  • Does your lower back cause you to sigh (or even wince) with certain movements?
  • Do you have to strain to turn your head to look behind you when you are driving?
  • Do your arms and shoulders have any pain or restriction when lifting things?

If you answered yes to any of these, I invite you get a complimentary range of motion exam with any regular appointment before October 31st. We will do a baseline assessment (or reassess if you’ve had it done before) of your current range of motion and I will give you recommendations on some easy exercises you can do at home and some treatments we can do in the office to get you looking and feeling young and vibrant.

We’d love to support you in restoring your health naturally. Call us for your next appointment at (805) 497-1072.
