Local Fires and Staying Healthy

Posted on: December 18, 2017

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those affected by the fires. We have many patients whose homes were very near the fires and many more now feeling the affects of the traveling smoke and ash.

If you are feeling any respiratory effects from the poor air quality, I recommend this excellent herbal supplement by Dr. Garber. I have it in stock in the office and find it’s very supportive when respiratory issues show up.

The fires can also create quite a bit of tension in your body, from dealing with the stress and adrenaline surges. You may be in fight or flight and not even know it. A chiropractic adjustment can loosen locked muscles so that you are moving freely and able to get back to a place of calm and peace.
If there’s any way I can support you, please let me know.
